I am an independent consultant offering advice and consultancy to both corporate and charity sectors.  I specialise in corporate governance, human resources and strategic planning.  My career spans over 25 years working in these areas for, amongst others, Citi and eir.  I have strong experience in charity governance, leadership and strategy.

I hold an MBA;  designations of Associate Member CIPD and the Institute of Directors; and LIB Chartered Banker.

I work flexibly and hands-on as required, as a standalone consultant or as part of an integrated team; with senior, middle management and Boards; one-to-one or with groups.  

I spend time at the outset of every engagement listening and analysing so that I can best help you work on the solutions you need.  I will then design a work plan for execution. My focus is to get things done thoroughly, on time and to your satisfaction.
